NDRF continues rescue operations as Pune bridge collapse: 2 dead, over 20 swept away in Indrayani river
NEW DELHI: An iron bridge collapsed over Indrayani river near Kundamala village in Maharashtra's Pune on Sunday. A few people are feared trapped, according to the Pimpri-Chinchwad police. Two people died, 32 were injured, and six were rescued, while some swept away, said CM Devendra Fadnavis. He confirmed the incident and said an NDRF team has joined the efforts to rescue people.
