Security Forces of Pakistan Face Record Casualties Amid Terror Surge
The terror boomerang is hitting Pakistan hard with the highest number of casualties within its security forces. There has been a sharp rise in the number of terror attacks by terrorists against the Pakistani security forces including the Army, Police, and Intelligence personnel. The latest data brought out by the intelligence agencies indicates highest number of casualties that followed terror incidents in Pakistan. According to the latest data, more than 179 terrorism related incidents occurred from January 2025 through March 11, 2025. Out of these 179 terror attacks, 68 incidents took place in the month of January. There were 90 attacks in February. So far in March, 17 attacks occurred, including the BLA Jaffer Express attack.
Total fatalities among security service (all agencies: Army, FC, Levies, Constabulary, ISI, Police) have been 255. The situation is getting worse month by month in Pakistan. There were 90 casualties in January this year. There were 116 in February. Till date, over 146 have occurred in March. There have been more than 380 insurgent fatalities and more than 100 civilian fatalities in Pakistan in past 70 days.
In 2024, total security force casualties stood at 754, and the situation has continued to deteriorate year on year. According to sources, serious doubts exist within the military circles of Pakistan. These doubts concern the efficiency of General Asim Munir. The reason is the huge casualties within the armed forces. The figures show that over-all, 2025, will be bloodier than the previous years. The year-on-year fatalities among the Pakistan security establishment are expected to increase.
The figures indicated the reported casualties in Pakistan forces. However, the number of casualties in Pakistan is actually much higher.

It is uniting all fronts into a bigger Baloch National Army. This group is escalating attacks against Pakistan security forces, diplomats, and Chinese nationals in Pakistan.
