200 gm pasta (fusilli or penne)
300 ml fresh cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
8 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup red onions chopped
200 gm blanched spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes ( halved)
1 cup raw king prawns/ boiled chicken cubes
1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
1 tbsp pine nuts
SEASONINGS
Salt
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp crushed red chili flakes
- Sauté garlic, red onion in olive oil. Add cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and blanched spinach. Fry for few minutes.
- Alongside boil the pasta according to packet instructions.
- Add prawns or boiled chicken pieces. Sauté for another few minutes.
- Add fresh cream pine nuts and cheddar
- stir and add boiled pasta .
Creamy velvety pasta is ready to eat !
