Yet another Indo-chinese recipe. I am not going to say much about it. Make it, try it and share your experience with me. You will certainly fall in love with these crunchy rolls.
Ingredients
250 gm chicken strips
Veggies –
250 gm carrots – julienne
250 gm cabbage- sliced
250 gm mixed peppers – long thin slices
150 gm spring onions – finally chopped
Seasonings::
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp msg / flavour enhancer
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp crushed chili flakes
This quantity of seasonings for each vegetable separate
Some sesame oil for cooking
Spring roll sheets
Slurry – 1 tbsp plain flour mixed with 1 cup water
METHOD
- In a wok, with a tbsp of hot oil, sauté crushed garlic
- Cook chicken strips with above seasoning and set aside .
- On high heat add vegetable with the seasonings and sauté for couple of minutes . Prepare each vegetable separately and set aside
- Mix everything together gently with spring onions .
- Fill in each sheet as per the video. Fry and serve .
- For freezing, place separately on a tray and pack them in a bag once frozen.
