Protests in Tripura: Tensions Rise Over Bangladesh Visas

Extreme tension prevails in Tripura state. This is due to protests at the Indian visa office in Bangladesh. Additionally, there were threatening statements about seizing India’s ‘Seven Sister’ states. In protest against these incidents, the youth wing of the Tipra Motha party took action. The YTF staged a road blockade and demonstration on Tuesday near the Circuit House in Agartala.

The protesters strongly condemned these remarks from Bangladesh. They asserted that there would be no compromise on India’s integrity and sovereignty. Traffic was temporarily disrupted in the area during the protest.

Protests occurred at the Indian visa office in Bangladesh. The YTF organization of the Motha party staged a road blockade. This was in response to the claim that Bangladesh would seize India’s Seven Sister states. They also held a demonstration near the Circuit House in Agartala, Tripura.
