Covid-19 JN.1 Variant has Increased Infectiousness, Ignoring them can be Dangerous

The JN.1 variant is a sub-variant of Omicron BA.2.86. According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, this variant has one or two extra mutations. These mutations make it more infectious than other variants. The infection of the new variant of Covid-19 is continuously spreading in many countries of the world including India. In fact, due to the new variant of Covid-19 JN.1 and its sub-variants like LF.7 and NB.1.8, the cases of Covid-19 have increased rapidly in Asia, especially in Singapore and Hong Kong.
