Cloudburst in J&K’s Kathua: Heavy Rains in Jodh Ghati Village Leaves Seven Dead, Dozens Injured

Another cloudburst hit J&K in a remote village in Kathua district on Sunday. Seven bodies reportedly found dead during rescue operations leaving several Injured. The calamity hit Jodh Ghati village of Rajbagh and Janglote in two separate incidents. This occurred amidst heavy rains in the district during the intervening nights of Saturday and Sunday.  The Army deployed helicopters on Sunday.
