Pakistan’s Terror Nexus Exposed Again

Hamas, Jaish, and Lashkar Leaders to Talk at Anti-India Conference in POJK on Feb 5

Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) is witnessing another alarming development. It will host a gathering of terrorist leaders on February 5, 2025. The event is titled “Kashmir Solidarity and Hamas Operation ‘Al Aqsa Flood’ Conference.” It will take place at Shaheed Sabir Stadium in Rawalakote. It will feature top commanders from Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). Senior Hamas representatives will also attend. This further cements Pakistan’s deep-rooted ties with global terror networks.

Key attendees will include Talha Saif, brother of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar. Jaish launching commander Asghar Khan Kashmiri and Jaish commander Masood Ilyas will also attend. Additionally, there will be top Lashkar-e-Taiba leaders. Furthermore, Dr. Khaled Qaddoumi, Hamas’ representative in Tehran, Iran, will also join, marking the first-ever visit of Hamas leaders to PoJK. Several other Palestinian guests linked to Hamas will also be given a warm welcome by Pakistani authorities.

Pakistan officially observes February 5 as Kashmir Solidarity Day, a propaganda exercise to push its anti-India agenda. Yet, this year’s event has taken a dangerous turn. International terrorist organizations are openly participating, raising serious security concerns for India and the region.

This development reveals Pakistan’s long-standing role as a terror sponsor. It provides a safe haven for globally designated terrorist groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba. Both organizations have orchestrated multiple attacks on Indian soil. These attacks include the 2001 Parliament attack, the 2008 Mumbai attacks, and the 2019 Pulwama bombing. Their presence at an official event in PoJK—alongside Hamas representatives—raises questions. Pakistan continues sheltering and promoting terrorism under the guise of “Kashmir solidarity.”

Hamas, known for its militant activities in the Middle East, has largely remained focused on Israel. Yet, its participation in a Pakistan-backed conference in PoJK shows it is expanding its influence. It is also growing links with Pakistan-based terror outfits. Intelligence sources have earlier warned of Hamas’ potential engagement with radical elements in South Asia. This event confirms those suspicions.

India has consistently warned the international community about Pakistan’s terror infrastructure and its deep-rooted connections with extremist groups. The presence of Hamas at this conference is further proof. Islamabad is actively coordinating with global terrorist organizations to fuel unrest in the region.

Leaders of Hamas, Jaish, and Lashkar are openly meeting in PoJK. The message is clear—Pakistan remains a hub for international terrorism. Its claims of fighting extremism are nothing more than hollow rhetoric. The world must take note. Countries should hold Pakistan accountable for nurturing terror groups. These groups threaten regional and global security.
